Our mission is to educating the public, policymakers and developers about human rights implications of AI technologies, particularly on issues of inequality, employment, privacy, discrimination and justice.
Tackling inequalities in the age of AI: Universal Basic Income
AI technologies are created and proliferated by powerful tech companies with a view of making profit. If not regulated, there is a risk that these technologies will reproduce socio-economic inequalities and injustices.
Our current policy campaign looks at tackling inequalities in the age of AI through the idea of Universal Basic Income as we prepare to the world of no (or very little) work as we know it and ensure that nobody is left behind.
